Generally, rentals are booked no later than three days before the wedding. All rental transactions are processed officially through a signed contract. It is important to us that you trust us.

Question: How long can I rent a wedding dress?

Answer: The dress is issued 1–3 days before the event date so you have enough time to prepare. The dress is provided for up to six calendar days. By mutual agreement, the rental period can be adjusted.

Question: Can I rent a dress if I live in another city?

Answer: Yes, of course! You can book a fitting at a time that is convenient for you. If necessary, the rental period can be extended.

Question: What are the payment terms under the rental agreement?

Answer: Upon signing the contract, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required. The remaining balance is paid on the day you pick up the dress. All conditions are detailed in the contract.

Question: If I rent a dress, are alterations to fit my figure available?

Answer: Yes, if necessary, we will alter the dress to fit your figure, even if it is a rental. Please don't worry about this. This is a paid service.

Question: Is dress alteration a paid service?

Answer: Yes, it is paid. The cost of alteration is calculated individually based on the amount of work required.

Question: Can you alter a dress purchased elsewhere?

Answer: Yes, professional dry cleaning is already included in the final rental cost. You do not need to pay for this service separately — we will take care of everything.

Question: Do you offer wedding veil rentals?

Answer: No, we do not rent wedding veils. We believe this is a very personal accessory that every bride should have her own, as a memento of her wedding and the most important day. However, you can choose a suitable veil in our "Accessories" section.
