If you are considering a bespoke commission, the designer will create a sketch for you — or even several to choose from, if needed. You will receive expert advice on selecting materials for your dress and have the opportunity to browse fabric samples.

Admittedly, a dress often looks flawless in a photograph or on a mannequin, yet behaves entirely differently in real life. Does it pull, gather, or pucker? Does it look too flat or overly voluminous? The cost of bespoke tailoring or alterations is determined individually after assessing the scope of work and the cost of materials.

Answer: From 2,500 BYN (from $850), all materials included.

Answer: 50 percent. The remaining 50 percent is due when the dress is ready and you come to collect it.

Answer: The final fitting takes place at least one week before the celebration.

Question: How long does bespoke tailoring take?

Answer: Bespoke tailoring takes approximately one month, excluding the waiting list. With the queue, it may take up to three months.

Question: How many fittings will I need?

Answer: You will need a minimum of three to four fittings. At the final one, you take your dress home.

Question: Do you sew from pictures?

Answer: We can use a photo as a reference and create a sketch based on it. We can add, remove, or modify elements — entirely at your discretion. That is what bespoke tailoring truly means, not simply sewing to your measurements.

Question: What if I don't know what kind of dress I want?

Answer: That is perfectly fine, too. During the consultation, we can sketch several designs together and choose the one that feels closest to you. We can also make changes and adjustments throughout the sewing process. So there is nothing to worry about.

Answer: During the consultation, we show examples of dresses and the materials they are made from, explain the properties of different fabrics, and present samples of various fabrics and materials so you have a clear understanding of what your finished dress will look and feel like.

Answer: Yes, the dress will be as close as possible to the one you have been dreaming of. You will be working with a professional designer who understands proportions and fabric properties, so the dress will meet all your expectations. Answer: Yes, we sew for every size. There are certain construction specifics, but that is the expertise of our pattern maker. Your only task is to attend your fittings and enjoy the result.
